Lou Pritchett's Open Letter to President Obama

Thanks to Alanorei for posting this link in the comments section earlier, I like it a lot and decided to give Mr Pritchett's astute comments more prominence.

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA

by Lou Pritchett

Dear President Obama:

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.

You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.

You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.

You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail.

You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America' crowd and deliver this message abroad.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.

You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.

You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.

You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.

You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations.

You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.

You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.

You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O'Relllys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.

You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.

Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

It is worth noting that Mr. Pritchett is not a "nobody" but is in fact a former VP of Proctor & Gamble, a very major US company. This is a well informed man, not given to rhetorical overstatements or exaggerations. Read what he says, the measured way he expresses himself, and realize just how serious he is. He is not a radical, a hot head, a "right wing nut," as the media love to characterize all who criticize the Won, but a highly responsible person making a very serious statement here.

Thanks, Sarah

The wider the dissemination of this material, the better. Note also the recent article on Lee Barnes's blog, Obama Will Be Impreached.

OT but Lee has also included a poem about the late Mr Harry Patch, Britain's last WW1 trench veteran of the Western Front. It is worth reading and reflecting on.

With respect to Lee, I do not believe that Obama will be impeached. America is far too mired in political correctness, they didn't impeach Clinton or Nixon, so they couldn't possible impeach the first black president.

Obama has powerful friends who have too much invested in keeping him in power for the next three and a half years, they will protect him.

Also, can you imagine how the African American community would react, there wouldn't just be riots, there would be slaughter on a massive scale. I think it would extend to Europe, and I certainly would not want to be a white person in South Africa if Barry was impeached.

Nobody would dare impeach him, because they know what would happen. BO could pay the stimulus money into Michelle's Swiss bank account whilst sacrifice white babies in the rose garden and ordering the bombing of Paris and he would get away with it.

However, on the positive side, if the truth came out he would be fatally undermined as a political force, and it would wake enough of the public up to ensure that he was not reelected in 2012.

It would hopefully mean that America would not make such a terrible mistake again for the next 50 years.

Unfortunately, whatever happens he will be in power until 2012, and he will do terrible damage, possibly even more so if he knows he won't win a second term. That is something America and the rest of the world will have to live with.

You could well be right, Sarah

But with respect to the massive civil unrest you mention, maybe that's the idea, i.e. precipitate a second civil war, this time a racial one, with as you indicate, knock-on global implications. The US clearly has enemies within intent on her destruction as a nation.

Once the dominoes have been set up (and I believe they are), it doesn't take much to start them falling, e.g. Sarajevo, June 1914.

Lou, You scare me. I am more scared of you than of Obama. Why?

Because I don't know what you eat for breakfast. Thus, the proper response is fear, I guess.

Huh? OF course that's not worthy of fear, is it? And neither are your reasons to be afraid of your own democratically elected President.

When will Republicans stop using fear as their only policy tool?

Your letter to Obama is filled with paranoia and probably an underlying whif of racism.

I am a white kid from California, and I am an American. I got no reason to respond to you except for that your email was forwarded to me and it was so full of ignorance and disinformation that I couldn't just sit by and let you spread such fear mongering.

For the record, I think Obama's ok. A better choice than most. He not perfect, and I don't expect him to be. Some of his policies I approve of, and some I don't. But when I don't I do dream up lies and fear about it as a policy alternative like you do. I'm just an average guy and not that into politics. But I can't keep quiet on this, and its simply because as a teacher I can't stand ignorance. Just can't put up with it, especially when its so unsupported by facts or logic. I'd like to just elevate the deabate a little, that's all.

I'm an American, and I want my country to succeed and prosper. And you are truly the one being Unamerican here.

Why bother to be so lilly livered scared, Lou?

You don't realize it, but you are part of the minority here... apparently one of those who is afraid of democracy.

See, a majority of the American people voted for Obama, and a majority support him.

We are not afraid, like you, of democracy.

You fear list is made up of lies and unsupported parinoia.

If there is anyone to be afraid of, its Republicans. I have some facts on my side rather than fear mongering.

Under Repubicans, and their leader GW Bush, the nation TORTURED. Bush and Cheney approved of it and demanded it. Now that's not only wrong, its ILLEGAL.

Under Repubicans, and their leader GW Bush, the nation SPIED ON ITS OWN CITIZENS WITHOUT WARRANT. Bush and Cheney approved of it and demanded it. Now that's not only wrong, its ILLEGAL.

Under Repubicans, and their leader GW Bush, the nation SUSPENDED HABEAUS CORPUS. Bush and Cheney approved of it and demanded it. Now that's not only wrong, its ILLEGAL.

Under Repubicans, and their leader GW Bush, the nation LIED TO ITS OWN CITIZENS TO GET THEM TO GO TO WAR WITH A NATION THAT HAD NOT ATTACKED US. Bush and Cheney approved of it and demanded it. Now that's not only wrong, its ILLEGAL, per the United Nations President at that time.

Now, that scares me. Remember the Soviet Union, and how they were such a menace because of their fascist undemocratic ways?

Bush really did resemble the USSR in the worst ways imaginable, because it was ILLEGAL when he did.

But apparently massive violation of the ideals and laws of the US are ok, what really scares you is a guy who has been hired to pick up the pieces?
Because he is "omniscient"? Wha? That's what scares you? A totally unsubstantiated projection of your knee jerk fear onto a regular guy just trying to clean up a terrible mess. Yes, blame the janitor, he's happy juice was spilled in the hallway? Right.

Again, I have to remind you that your views are actually in the minority here. And with good reason - they are unsubstantiated and in fact a bit paranoid.

Do you not remember it was Bush and his Paulson team that started us on the road to "socialism" by approving TARP? No, you'd rather blame the guy who inherited the worst failure of American capitalism since the great depression.

Or did you forget so quickly that it was under Bush that the nation's financial world fell apart, ushering in a CRISIS.

Oh, but you'd rather monger some fear without fact instead, huh?

Shameful.

Kevin, there is no denying that George Bush screwed up on many things. He was very, very wrong on many things. But, have you noticed that he is no longer president, and he no longer makes any decisions that affect all of us? We have to live with a lot of things that he did, but he is not making any new decisions, good or bad, that will change the course of your life or mine. George Bush is history.

Barry Obama is currently making many decisions that are going to affect your life and mine as he is sitting in the chair of the president of the US. He is hiding everything, everything at all about his prior life from the public, other than the fictionalized accounts in his two ghost written "autobiographies." The longer he hides his past, the more certain it becomes that he is hiding something truly devastating.

It is true that he clearly hates America and Americans, at least white Anglo-Saxons. This comes out in sudden little slips that he then tries to talk his way out of, but when the cat is out of the bag, it is clear where he really stands. The most recent one was his comment about the white police officer in Cambridge, MA "acting stupidly" when he prefaced his remarks by saying he did not have the facts. How could he know that the officer acted stupidly when he did not have the facts? By Barry's blatant racism, that's how.

As Mr. Prichertt says, it is true Barry has never run a business, never met a payroll. He clearly has no idea how business works, does not know the first thing about economics. But he has already gone far beyond the law and nationalized two of our largest automotive companies, strong armed our banks in a perfectly astounding manner, and now he is pushing a monstrous "health care" plan that is actually a plan to murder many older Americans by denying them care. Yes, I do know what I'm talking about because I have been following this very, very closely. I'm one of those older Americans who is very threatened by this.

Barry's disrespect for our troops is legendary, starting with his refusal to wear a flag pin (a very small thing in itself) and going on to many, many slights and offenses to the military. He is a typical Leftist in this regard.

The basis of his "policy" thus far has been to blame Bush (much like your post) which is not leadership at all. Absolutely anybody, anybody, could say that. There is no leadership whatsoever in that!

Mr. Prichertt has commented on Barry's lack of humility. I'd go a lot further and observe that Barry has demonstrated a constant need for attention; he is a true narcissist. He is very thin skinned and does not take any criticism or object to his policies with grace in the slightest. Its his way or the black list, again, his narcissism coming to the fore.

I think that Mr. Prichertt's letter was right on the mark, and if you can't see that, you are pretty blind to current events. Please wake up and watch the country being gutted before your eyes. The USA is no longer the same country it was on 1 Jan 2009 by a long sight.

Blaming Bush is no answer. McCain would not have been a good choice either. But Obama is an absolutely out of control disaster for America. This is where we are now.

Here are some of Mr President's co-religionist 'peace-niks' at work:

Pakistan and Nigeria:

News received by Barnabas Fund in the last 24 hours describes a brutal attack on Christians during a wedding celebration in a Pakistani village [where] some 50 Christian homes were burned by Muslims in the village of Korian in Gojra, District Faisalabad, and reports twelve churches burnt down in the latest violence in Nigeria, with at least ten Christians killed including two pastors.

See here.

As Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, Pensacola Bible Institute, once said:

"Nice folks. In the old days [WW2], I've passed out with nicer folks on the floor of the officers' mess on New Year's Eve."

How long before it's a daily occurrence in the US, with Barry's patronage?

(The BF regularly reports such atrocities from Muslim-dominated countries.)

We in the UK have similar cause for concern.
