Destitute Afrikaners desperately need your help

I have been repeatedly asked by foreign friends where they could donate cash and goods to help alleviate the desperate poverty of the Afrikaner people in South Africa and which has been growing steadily worse since 1994. There are several accredited non-profit organisations which specifically assist homeless and desperate Afrikaans-speaking families -- mainly with private donations from the Afrikaner community itself. The South African government often refuses state-grants, food-aid and government housing to ‘whites’ who are described under the nomer ‘previously advantaged’ under ANC-laws, i.e. people who do not qualify for government-aid, even children who were born after the end of apartheid such as the ones in this squatter camp in this picture by Jan Lamprecht of AfricanCrisis.org.

The latest surveys by Volkshulp and the Helping Hand charity of the trade union Solidarity show that at least 660,000 Afrikaners have fallen into total destitution because of the ANC-government’s so-called ‘affirmative action’ and ‘black-economic’ programmes, which bars ‘whites’ all access to the entire labour market of South Africa.
